Fresno State Lands 2025 3-Star Wide Receiver Isaiah Dillon

Isaiah Dillon, a class of 2025 3-Star wide receiver from Oxnard (CA) announced his commitment to Fresno State on Wednesday (4/18). He chose the Bulldogs over offers from Cal, Washington State, UNLV, and more.

The Oxnard native spoke with me about why he decided to commit to Fresno State:

“A coach told me on my recruiting process I’ll feel it in my heart where I want to go, I felt it from April 6th (recruiting visit) it was home. Coach McCann (Fresno State wide receiver coach) and all the other coaches were awesome. They made me feel valued and at home; plus it’s close to home. Offense, WRU (Wide Receiver University).”

Dillon is an outstanding wide receiver prospect from Pacifica High School (CA), where he recorded 1,094 receiving yards and 18 touchdowns during his junior season in 2023. He was selected as 3rd team All-State and 1st team All-County this past season.

The 5’11”, 181-pound wideout has a message for Bulldog Nation on what type of player they are getting:

“You’re getting a dog, athlete, baller. Someone that wants to be great, to get better everyday, and make the league. A great teammate/person looking to get a lot of wins as a Bulldog. Win a ring (&) bowl games.”
